Un elixir a mis heridas
Un elixir a mis heridas
This performative photography series examines the body’s relationship with memory and trauma, exploring how touch and physical interaction with objects can trigger past experiences.
Inspired by survivors’ resilience, it reflects on the tension between agency and imposed pain, questioning the nature of inflicted discomfort. Through gesture, restraint, and movement, the images evoke the lingering weight of memory—inscribed onto the body and material world. This project is not about victimhood but resilience, transformation, and the silent dialogues we share with the objects and sensations that shape us.
